How dispute resolution works:

  • When a dispute is raised, the other party has 3 days to submit their side
  • After both sides are submitted (or 3 days pass), Voting Phase opens (lasts 5 days)
  • Voters choose: Client wins · Freelancer wins · Re-proportion (split by demand %)
  • Both parties can set their proportion demand (%) before the vote
  • If voting stalls, either party can escalate to admin for manual resolution
